This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The attention to detail is superb - from the lovingly decorated rooms to the charmingly quirky decorative details throughout the premises. The staff, especially Carolina, Fatima, and Rita, go above and beyond to make you feel like a cherished family member rather than just another guest. The breakfast, with its fresh ingredients sourced from the hotel's grounds, is a delightful start to the day. And the location, nestled on the ruins of an old water mill, provides a tranquil and picturesque setting for a truly relaxing stay.
All was splendid.

The sitting area was a real highlight for us. the location was so close to nature and we felt like we were in our own little oasis. To be honest, everything was really great. the old water mill provided a unique ambiance that we loved and the staff was lovely. the room was clean and cozy with a great view from the window.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There wasn't much selection and the quality could have been better.

Spent Xmas at a place in the countryside with a decent outdoor area. The rooms were fine, the bed comfy and the provided radiator kept it warm. Breakfast included a charming sitting area with excellent views that made my morning cup of coffee a little bit better.
Sadly, the place was too remote for our liking, finding it was a hassle. The lack of internet made our stay very difficult, no chance to check maps, weather forecasts, flight times, etc.

The attention to detail in the manor house decor creates a quirky and character-filled atmosphere. The rooms, individually decorated and of a good size, offer views over the expansive grounds, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural surroundings.
